INGREDIENTE;
1 punga ravioli cu branza
500gr carne vita ,porc

2 ling bulion

MOD DE PREPARARE;
- carnea cu oul condimentele si putin orez se amesteca bine
- se adauga si 2 ling ulei ,patrunjel si amestecam bine
- facem din compozitie ..bilute mici sau cum vrea fiecare
- punem apa destula la fiert si cand apa fierbe ,adaugam bilutele
- le lasa-m asa acoperite sa fiarba c-am 25 de minute
- intre timp punem la fiert ravioli in alta cratita
- pt sos; amestecam cele 2 ling de faina cu cele 2 ling de bulion ,apoi adauga putina apa sa fie groasa compozitia
- aceasta compozitie o turnam peste bilutele de carne care fierb
- se mai lasa 2 min sa fiarba se adauga putina sare si patrunjel si e gata\
- dupa ce au fiert bine ravioli,le scurgem de apa si le garnisim cu chiftelutele cu sos fierte
- si se poate servi cu smantana ....
