Ingrediente;
3oua
2 pahare zahar
100 gr unt
1 pahar lapte (iaurt)
1 1/2 pahar faina
1 praf de copt
2 linguri zeama de lamaie
2 plic zahar vanilat
50 gr cacao
1 plic crema de vanilie
200 gr lapte rece
- amestecam bine oulele cu zaharul
- apoi adaugam untul usor topit
- mai bate 2-3 min si adaugam iaurtul,praful de copt si vanilia
- continuam sa mixam si adaugam zeama de lamaie ..apoi in ploaie faina
- sa fie o compozitie nu foarte tare...
- d-am la cuptor pt 40 minute
- intre timp azi eu nu am avut timp sa fac crema de vanilie acasa asa cda am pus de cumparat un plic am mixat cu laptele rece
- dupa ce se coace checul se scoate din cuptor si se lasa la racit 15 min
- apoi se taie in doua se umple frumos cu crema de vanilie si se serveste cu frisca.

2 vanilla sugar
50 g cocoa

1 sachet vanilla cream
200 g cold milk
